Taxes & Duties for International Deliveries

Products imported for personal use under certain monetary amounts are often exempt from taxes or duties charged by the Customs department of many countries. If uncertain please contact your country’s customs organization as Stem Organics is not liable for any tax or duty charged upon you importing product.

Packages that are returned to us and marked as "Return to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to
the customer's credit card on file, less a shipping and handling fee.
